HESI-PN TESTING INFORMATION

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday - Thursday	8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m
Friday	8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

TESTING INFORMATION and PROCESS

• Reservations for testing are not required. Tests are administered on a walk-in basis.
• Applicants must have a recognizable valid photo ID.
• HESI PN cost $35.
• Exams may take 2½ to 3 hours to complete. Allow sufficient time to take the exam. Tests are collected at the last hour indicated on the schedule.
• Calculators are not allowed. Scratch paper will be provided.
• Applicants must achieve a score of 800 or higher to qualify for placement into Block 3 or Block 4.
• Applicants may test only once to determine placement status.
• Scores are valid for 6 months.
• Applicants should ask for a printed copy of the exam results prior to leaving the Testing Center. A printed copy of the exam results must be included when submitting MCCCD Nursing Program applications.
