Welcome to Rio Salado's eArmyU proctoring web page. Here is the process for having your exams administered at your military base or while you are deployed.

1. Please submit a proctor request form the first week of class. (*See Important Information below for exceptions to this policy.)
• Provide your Course Information: course prefix (e.g. CIS, BPC, HUM) and the course number (e.g. 117, 110, 210).
2. If you are stationed at a military base with an Education Center you will have your exams administered at that center.
• Indicate the name of the military base on the proctor request form.
• The Proctor Information is not necessary when you are at a base with an Education Center. You will be contacted if further information is required.
3. If you are not stationed at a military base with an Education Center you are responsible for locating a proctor that meets your needs and Rio Salado's proctoring criteria.
• Complete the proctor request information indicating the proctor's name, military rank, military address, and military email address.
• Only education officers or commissioned officers, ranked 2LT or higher, may proctor exams.
• All correspondence is done through email so we need a valid, military email address.
• If the proctor is approved, you will receive an email indicating that your exams are ready.
• If the proctor is not approved, we will send you an email indicating that you need to locate a new proctor.
4. Contact your proctor and set an appointment date and time to take your exam(s).
5. When you have completed your exam, the proctor sends the testing materials back to the Rio Salado Testing Center.

• You will receive your grade from your instructor.

Email
Testing will email you at your Rio email address first. If you do not have a Rio account, information will be sent to your eArmyU mailbox. Because of potential viruses, email will not be sent to individual email accounts (e.g. Yahoo, MSN, etc.).

*Exception to Proctor Request Forms
If you are stationed at the following bases, you do not need to submit a proctor request form: (Report to the Education Center to test.)

Extensions
Please contact your instructor to request all extensions. He/she is the only person who may grant the exception to test past the deadline.
