Rio Salado College Library Interlibrary Loan Policy

Who can request books from outside of the Maricopa Community College Libraries? Our Interlibrary Loan service is restricted to currently registered students, faculty and staff.

You may request 5 books and 5 articles at one time. Requests for renewal of interlibrary loan materials can be made prior to the date due. This may be done in person, or by calling the Rio Library at 480-517-8424. The lending library may or may not grant the request.

Once your materials obtained through ILL are overdue, borrowing privileges will be immediately suspended until the material is returned, and a $.25 per day late fee will be assessed to your library account. You are responsible for the replacement cost of the book plus a $10.00 processing fee for items that are lost.
