Transcript Requests

Unofficial transcripts, or transcripts sent within the Maricopa District, are free of charge. Official transcripts are $5 each.

You can view your unofficial transcript or request that an official transcript be sent to an institution outside of the Maricopa Community College District online.

If you have questions, contact Student Enrollment Services at (480) 517-8540 (option 9) or email admission.info@mail.riosalado.edu.

You may also order a transcript by fax or mail. Please include your credit card number with expiration date and security code, where the transcript is to be sent, and your social security number for verification. You can download the Adobe Acrobat (PDF) version of the official transcript request form here.
