Clinical Sessions (Nursing Science I-IV) are typically scheduled during the day in 2-3 day clusters, week days and weekends. Each clinical day is 10-12 hours in length. Specific days of the week vary among clinical groups. Students receive information regarding clinical placement (location) and schedule 4-6 weeks prior to the start of each semester.

A. It takes 1 to 1.5 years to get into Rio Salado’s Nursing program and it takes 2 years to get into a Nursing program within Maricopa Community Colleges.
