Nursing is a career with unlimited opportunities. You may find yourself caring for a variety of ages, spanning from newborns to senior patients. You can experience workplace settings ranging from outpatient clinics to the high tech atmosphere of a hospital critical care unit.

Knowledge is power! The power of thinking and the power of doing allow nurses to make differences in people’s lives. In one situation you may be teaching someone the importance of proper hand washing while in the next moment you’re saving a life through critical thinking and problem solving. Thinking on your feet is an important and exciting part of being a nurse!

The Rio Salado College Nursing Program is designed for those interested in the Associate in Applied Science degree in Nursing while using the convenience and flexibility of eLearning. The RN program is designed to be completed in four semesters.
