About us

Known as “the college within everyone’s reach,” Rio Salado has never built a traditional campus. Instead, from its Tempe administrative headquarters, Rio Salado uses technology and innovative partnerships to deliver educational opportunities around the world. In addition to housing many of the support services like tutoring and student computer labs, the Tempe location is also home to the college’s administration and the more than 30 faculty chairs. Since its move to this location in 1996, the college has expanded to three buildings, including a beautiful conference center and the Rio @ Hohokam administrative building.
