The following forms should be used by each Teacher Prep student as they progress through their chosen certification program.

Program Plan
The Program Plan can be viewed and used to determine the necessary coursework needed to successfully complete your certification program.

1) Catalog Year January 2005 - October 2005

2) Catalog Year October 2005 - June 2006

3) Catalog Year July 2006 – June 30, 2007

4) Catalog Year July 2007 – June 30, 2008

5) Catalog Year July 2008 – June 30, 2009

6) Early Childhood Education will be offered in Fall 2008

Program Progression Information
The Program Progression Information (PPI) should be followed throughout your education coursework. This form is a general guideline that will help you outline the necessary courses, tests, and other forms that need to be submitted throughout the program. The PPI is just a suggestion and may not be all-inclusive of each student's individual teaching plan.

Student Teaching Information
This information is to be used as you begin planning for student teaching. It is important to make yourself aware of the timelines for formal submittal of your formal application otherwise student teaching dates cannot be guaranteed. Delays in student teaching can directly affect your ability to obtain teacher certification in time for the various school district hiring cycles.
